I'm not sure if they posted my response -- but one person asked me who invented
the 19" rack, why, and why 19".
I was tempted to answer sagely, "The Illuminati began using it shortly after
it was invented by then leader George Washington. They used 19" because its a
prime number, of course."

This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
