Going back a step or two here. I'm trying to resist the temptation to add more and more complexity to the image. It's easy to fall into the trap of trying too hard to make it say too many things.

I don't get as much of a sense that this is a form of communication, other than
the reference in the name. Maybe a different image in the "bat signal"

I'm not sure I think it needs to yell out "communications" so much. Clearly
there is a 'signal' happening.

I think I'll call it the "Hat Signal"

Maybe change the direction of the bat signal from left to right? Would look
cool coming off of the S. Is your intended customer US based or international?
