Imagine my surprise at finding IBM commercial on television that (a) was very good, (b) was very well placed, and (c) mentioned collaboration!
Of all places, I was watching Dr. Who -- the new series just over from the UK -- on SF channel and a great deep voiced announcer tag came along and said, in 70's style "Dr. Who is brought to you by...IBM. What makes you special?". We then cut over to a pretty good abstract commercial centered around a water cooler in the desert. The quote "Lets tap into a million person mind" sticks in my memory along with the tagline "Innovation for Collaboration".
John Head tells me IBM swapped ad agencies -- if true, this may be the first evidence that it was an excellent decision.
