The C.U.L.T. 2007 shirt theme has been picked!

By Andrew Pollack on 08/28/2006 at 01:48 PM EDT

Ok, it's still a secret at this point but I can tell you that this will be one of the most fun years for the Certified Unofficial Lotusphere T-shirt.

In an exhaustive series of intense meetings and complex negotiations -- we talked about it around the pool at the Marriott Desert Ridge Resort -- NotesDawg and I along with help from good friends Gab & Tim have hashed out the theme for this year earlier than ever.

People -- we're stepping it up just a notch. Look for announcements here and on Lotus Geek's site over the next 6 weeks, building to our usual content contest. This year is sure to be one of the most fun set of contributions ever. I am psyched!

The Lotusphere season has begun. IBM opening the registration site is all well
and good, but an official C.U.L.T. shirt announcement? Let the games begin!
I love hearing that -- and of course you've guaranteed yourself a shirt. Thanks.By Andrew Pollack on 08/28/2006 at 07:54 PM EDT

It's amazing how this one thing has become the epitome of Lotusphere.
Can't wait to hear the plan this year . . . lets Rock!

I haven't been here for a while but I checked in today specifically to find out
about the shirt. Glad it is underway.

And here's hoping you won't have to nurse Rocky through the week again! :)

Here are some sensible rules for web site advertisingAn increasing number of websites are now detecting when users have ad-blocking enabled, and refuse to show content unless you "whitelist" their site (disable your ad-blocking for them). I think that is a fair decision on their part, it's how they pay for the site. However, if you want me (and many others) to white list your site, there are some rules you should follow. If you violate these rules, I won't whitelist your site, I'll just find content elsewhere. 1. The total space taken up by advertisements ......
