If my IBM Partnerworld EMAIL "Opt-in" preferences say [NO] - why do I get 3+ Emails a WEEK from Partnerworld?

If my IBM Partnerworld EMAIL "Opt-in" preferences say [NO] - why do I get 3+ Emails a WEEK from Partnerworld? Do the people in charge of sending those emails not care, or does IBM have no idea how to do collaborative marketing? It has to be one or the other, right?

Also why can't it remember my settings, every time I login it changes back to
the settings of we're going to send you stuff. I challenge any IBMer to point
out something exceptional about IBM's websites.

I escalated this a couple of years back as I was sick of the crappy emails, and
was told that the only way to opt out completely was to quit the BP programme.

Nice.

Thanks to the fantastic work by John Curtis and his team, the node.js integration with Domino is going to be getting a rich security model. What we know is that a user's authorizations will be respected through the node.js application to the Domino server -- including reader names, ACLs, Roles, and so on. The way ......

This piece of garbage is supposed to be a bearing. It carries the shaft which drives both stages of the auger. The shaft passes through the bearing (which is what bearings do) after the auger drive pulley as the shaft goes through the back (engine ......
